Diagnose — weeks 1 to 2

Every engagement begins with a paid diagnostic. We spend two weeks immersed in your business: interviewing leadership, your sales team and a sample of your customers; auditing every paid media account, every analytics property, every lifecycle program; building a category competitive map; and stress-testing your unit economics.

We end the diagnostic with a written document — typically 40 to 60 pages — that lays out exactly what is working, what is broken, what the highest-leverage interventions are, and what the realistic 12-month outcomes look like. The diagnostic is yours regardless of whether you continue with us.

Design — weeks 3 to 6

In the design phase we translate the diagnostic into a concrete operating plan. This is where we architect your channel mix, your creative platform, your measurement system and your 90-day execution roadmap.

Design is collaborative. You and your team are in the room. The output is not a deck delivered over the wall — it is a working plan owned jointly by your team and ours, with named owners and weekly milestones.

Deploy — months 2 onward

Every quarter we step back and run a formal business review with your executive sponsors. We look at what compounded, what plateaued and what should be cut. We rebuild the next quarter's plan around the channels and tactics that are earning their place in the portfolio.

The compounding mindset is the difference between marketing as a quarterly scramble and marketing as a durable capability. Most of our engagements run for 18 months or longer because the compounding only really takes hold after the first four quarters of disciplined execution.
